I’m a mum of four, grandma to my four gorgeous grandchildren and I live with my two senior shih tzus Simba and Ollie. I drink copious amounts of tea, love my daily dog walks and am an avid listener of podcasts and audio books. I also have a weakness for buying domain names and have quite a collection of them.
Over 25 years ago, I built my first website after meeting several people in 1996 who had a huge impact on my life.
This included a twelve-year mentorship that was as difficult as it was enlightening. He taught me about Buddhism, Taoism, Sufism, Christian Mysticism, philosophy, consciousness, mindfulness, mystic poetry and so much more.
My mentor sent to much amazing literature I knew I had to share it with others. At the same time, I met another guy. He posted one day and said, ‘Everyone should learn HTML’. And so I bought myself a book called Teach Yourself HTML In 24 Hours and I did. Less than a day after buying the book, I had a one-page website online. This was 1997.
That site grew to have over 1,000 pages and I have helped many thousands of people via Allspirit. I have since created many websites, both for myself and others.
Throughout the ten plus years I worked daily on Allspirit, I also learnt many new skills. This was both to help myself, and to help others.

Over the last 3 decades I have been through many challenges, and done a lot of learning and study. When the only answer doctors had for the depression and anxiety I struggled with was medication, I set out on a journey of self-help, self-healing and transformation. I knew it was up to me to help myself. And I have helped many others along the way.
While helping so many people over nearly 3 decades, though Allspirit, Reiki sessions and training, Mindfulness workshops and courses, and as a weight loss consultant, I came to deeply understand that what held so many people back from achieving their goals was MINDSET.
With my decades of MINDFULNESS practice and tutoring, learning and hands on experience, I have devised a unique way of helping you to create a MINDFUL MINDSET.
I do this by using a unique blend of mindset and mindfulness tools, including:

I know that each person is special and unique, and if we are working one to one, I listen carefully to exactly what you need help with, and together we devise a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Challenges
Throughout the time I have been working and studying, I have also faced my own challenges.
I helped nurse my mum through a terminal illness and went through menopause. I got divorced after a 34-year relationship. I cared for my family and worked as a slimming consultant. I was diagnosed with Graves disease. All four of my children left home for uni, came back and left again. I yoyoed several times between empty nest and full house.
My mindset and mindfulness work kept me somewhat sane throughout it all.
Having gone through a couple of periods of heavy drinking, after I got divorced, and then after my dad died suddenly in 2017, I decided my life would be better without alcohol.
That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I used all the tools I use with others to stop drinking. I haven’t drunk any alcohol since September 2018. I used the same mindset and mindfulness tools to lose weight after gaining two stone in lockdown. I have lost that and more and am very proud of these two achievements.
I’m passionate about helping other people to create a positive mindset for success, using a powerful blend of the mindset and mindfulness tools I have used on my own journey.
I enable them to build successful relationships at home and work, and empower them to live an abundant life free from the grip of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional eating or reliance on alcohol.
This is a brief account of the work I have done since 1996. In that time I have helped many people. Some have developed better relationships at home or work. Some have lost weight. Some have developed a regular mindfulness practice, and I have trained many Reiki practitioners.
